Francis Gargani "People love the depth of spirituality that she brings to the music." Pastor Mark Dahle Peggy's singing has a history of touching people's hearts when she performs. She is currently creating her next CD which will musically combine the styles of smooth jazz, pop, and black gospel. Growing up in Connecticut, her family relocated to Indonesia for her father's job, returning to the States after a few years. During these years she traveled to several different countries seeing diversity of culture first hand. Holding a Bachelor of Music Degree in Voice and Theatre, she enjoys coaching piano and vocal students enhancing their on-stage presence, as well as their strengths and gifts as a person. She has learned music therapy techniques through community classes and incorporates these tools into her sessions with people in assisted living homes. In 2006, she produced her first CD, entitled In This Place. The CD is one of inspirational music appealing to people who hold a belief in God. It is comprised of six originals and her own arrangements of the well-known hymns, “Amazing Grace” and “Be Thou My Vision”.
